1. How does the booking process work?

2. How to pay for the booking?
Once you booked, you will be required to pay 25% of the total due to confirm your reservation. The balance has to be paid cash during the check-in on your arrival at the apartment. The 25% deposit can be paid directly on our website or via fax by printing our credit card deposit payment form and sending it back to (+34) 93 268 80 52.
3. Will I need to pay a deposit for the apartment?
Yes, there is a deposit which you will need to be paid cash upon your arrival at the apartment. The amount depends on the apartment you booked, ranging from 200 to 500€. Please see the requested due for damage deposit for your chosen apartment on our website. Depending on the booked apartment, the deposit is required to be paid cash or sometimes by credit card. We are going to send you this information with your arrival instructions once you confirmed and paid your booking.
4. How do I cancel my reservation?
You can completely cancel your pre-paid reservation at any time, but please note that there is a cancellation charge that will depend on the number of days before the beginning of the rental period. Also mind that the 25% reservation deposit will not be refunded in case of cancelation.
* Cancelation more than 90 days before: charges for cancelation of 20% of the total amount.
* Cancelation between 60 and 89 days before: charges for cancelation of 30% of the total amount.
* Cancelation between 30 and 59 days before: charges for cancelation of 50% of the total amount.
* Cancelation less than 30 days before: charges for cancelation of 100% of the total amount.
5. What happens if I break or damage something?
In the case that you break or damage something within the apartment, please call Rentalr as soon as possible so we can rate the damage. Rentalr will try to fix or replace the damaged or broken item/s and reach a decision if whether there is any charge incurred.
6. When is check in or check out?
The apartments will always be available at 15:00 in the afternoon, while normal check out time is 11:00. If you like to request late check out please tell us at your check in and Rentalr will try its best to accommodate to your needs. Please note that check in is between 15:00 and 2:00 in the morning, but mind that there is a late check in fee of 30€ for check ins after 21:00 that has to be paid cash.
7. How will I get the keys to the apartment?
Depending on the city of destination you will either be met at the apartment upon your arrival by a Rentalr member of staff who will hand over the keys and also show you around the apartment or you will have to come to the Rentalr office of that city to receive your keys and all required information about the apartment.
8. Can I drink the tap water?
In general the tap water in all our destinations is drinkable and applicable for human beings. However, it may not taste everyone, for which reason we recommend you to buy bottled water in one of the stores close to you.
9. Who can help me if I need something during my stay?
During our business hours there will be a Rentalr member of staff available to answer any of your questions. In case of emergency or outside of our business hours, guests will be provided with the emergency number at check in.
10. Will I need an adaptor for using the appliances in the apartment?
For all appliances supplied in the apartments you will not need any adaptors. In the case of other appliances like electric shavers, curling irons or hairdryers you will need an adaptor to use them. Please ask us for further information while booking your apartment.
