The apartment is just two minutes walking from the Underground station - right next to some famous points in Berlin - the elegant Shopping mall KaDeWe, the Gedaechtniskirche church, and also the Zoo with it's world famous Aquarium.
The well known Nollendorf-Winterfeldplatz with all its colourful Bars and market places is right next to the apartment.
With the most important bus line 200 passing directly in front of the apartment building, guests have the opportunity to visit all of the important sightseeing spots in Berlin:-Tiergarten, Philarmonie, Unter den Linden, Brandenburger Tor, Checkpooint Charlie, Friedrichstrasse, Potsdammer Platz, opera houses and theaters, Alexanderplatz and the world famous museums (Pergamon und Bodemuseum) on one bus. This apartment is highly recommended for our guests who have visited it.
The Apartment
To guarantee the comfort of our guests, we only offer the apartment for a maximum of three
The tastefully decorated living/bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 200) which can be separated into two single beds (each 90 x 200) This area is very bright, due to a full wall of windows which leads onto a lovely terrace - the perfect spot to enjoy a bottle of local wine or an al-fresco meal
In the living area, guests can also enjoy the LCD-TV, Cable TV and CD Radio For the third guest the apartment features a comfortable armchair which can be converted into a single bed
Internet USB stick is provided free of charge
The kitchen is completely remodelled and well equipped with washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc
The elegant bathroom with marble floors was completely remodelled in 2009 Fresh towels and linens are provided for your arrival
At a surcharge of 10 Euro per day there is a private car garage available We can say that this is a really complete apartment valuing all its accessories.
