The Villa Pedro, a beautiful home away from the city, treats you to a quiet holiday with your friends while maintaining your own privacy, thanks to the large space in and around the house, large enough to allow for solitude as well as moments together. Located in a small village just 2km from Pêra and a few kilometers from the center of Albufeira and the sea, you can enjoy all the excitement of the city, its sports, restaurants and nightclubs as well as the tranquility of the immediate countryside. On the privileged scene of a spacious two story villa, enjoy an unforgettable vacation around a large garden planted with palms and olive trees, with several spots where to relax and a barbecue area around a beautiful pool (6mx15m) under the Algarve sun.
The are surrounding the villa:
The Barrocal is a strip of land approximately 10 kilometers long between the Sierra and the seaside. The Barrocal villages are white-washed, and the countryside is dry but dotted with flowers, full of strong scents, and populated with olive and fruit trees. The peacefulness of the place contrasts with life in the vibrant cities of the coast, never far away. You will need a car to take full advantage of your situation. On the other hand, you will have plenty of opportunities to take trips by bike or on foot in countless tracks and roads.
The villa:
This spacious villa can accommodate two families or friends up to 10 people. This apartment is highly recommended for our guests who have visited it. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace, a dining room and the main fully equipped kitchen with a dining area There are two bedrooms with direct access to a covered terrace and the pool area One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds and the other has a double bed and a private bathroom There is a 2nd bathroom with shower on this level
On the upper floor, which can also be reached by a separate outside staircase, you find a real apartment with a 2nd equipped kitchen Thus, the home can house two families vacationing together while maintaining some privacy You will find two bedrooms, one with two single beds, and the other with a double bed, a fireplace and also a bathroom with bathtub This floor gives access to a terrace overlooking the pool
The house has a close-circuit TV monitoring system, so that you can check on the children at the pool without having to go outside
