This apartment has the best of both worlds. Situated on Gran Via in the Eixample area which generates a feeling of space and light, but only a few minutes away from all the touris must sees of the Gothic area.
The apartment
This large and bright apartment is in an early 20th century building which has been listed as "A building of Architectural Interest". Although the entrance to the building is in need of some care, the apartment itself has been completely renovated and will not leave you disappointed. From the high ceilings, large windows and parquet throughout, you will immediately feel at home. The living/dining area has two sofa's which can convert into single beds for the 5th and 6th guest. You can relax and watch TV/DVD's after sightseeing. This apartment is highly recommended for our guests who have visited it. This area leads onto a gallery which is flooded with mediterranean sunlight The perfect place to sit and watch the world go by outside The dining area is a continuation of the living area and comes complete with large dining table and chairs with bookshelves to complete the area
Leading from the dining area you will find the large and fully equipped kitchen - everything that you might need for a home-cooked meal
There are two double bedrooms, each very spacious and with an abundance of wardrobe space for all of your belongings
The spacious bathroom, comes complete with full bath, separate shower unit, toilet and twin washbasins This bathroom can be accessed from the hallway or from the second bedroom Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay
The apartment comes complete with air-conditioning and heating USB modem is available on request and NOTEBOOKS can be rented for an additional fee We can say that this is a really complete apartment valuing all its accessories.
