A wonderful apartment, very well located in a small street behind Gran Vía just a few minutes away from the Plaza de Cibeles and the Banco de España.
The apartment is in an environment full of emblematic and monumental buildings. It has been decorated and equipped to offer the maximum of style and comfort both for tourists and for those here on business.
The Apartment:
The apartment is situated on the third floor - with elevator - of a building that is very characteristic of this part of the city. The apartment is very spacious and can accommodate up to 4 people very comfortably. If two couples decide to rent the apartment, it will offer enough privacy: The bedroom is separated from the living room by a corridor, and although the main bathroom can only be reached through the bedroom, there is an additional small bathroom with toilet in the corridor.
The flat has been decorated and furnished with very good taste. The living room is very spacious and the two large windows provide a lot of light. This room is separated into a living and dining area by two columns. The living area has a comfortable double sofa bed, a table and a large TV with DVD and satellite reception. In the dining area you can find a designer glass table and some beautiful and comfortable orange chairs.
The corridor connects the rest of the apartment to the living room. On the left hand side, you will find the small bathroom. Following on from here, you will find the kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances you will even find a small table where 2 people can have their breakfast.
At the end of the corridor there is the main bedroom. It is very quiet and spacious and it has a comfortable and large double bed and a wardrobe where you can store your clothes. You will also find the access to the main bathroom here. It is very beautifully decorated and has an inviting bathtub.
In general the apartment is very cool in the summer so that an air-conditioning unit is not necessary. In very hot days, there are two ceiling fans in the two main living areas that will create a pleasant temperature.
There is no doubt that this apartment is an excellent choice.
