Taking into account all the marvellous features and the excellent location of this apartment, it really is a charming and delightful apartment which will top off your visit to Madrid....
The area surrounding the apartment;
The location is perfect!! In a residential neighbourhood, considered to be one of the best in Madrid and known as Chanmartin, this apartment is located on Paseo de la Habana, a quiet and relaxing area; also close by at a 8-10 min walk is Plaza Castilla, where the guest will find every kind of connection to ensure their arrival downtown in about 10-15 mins or to any of the surrounding areas...
At a short 5 minute walk from the apartment you will find a large commercial centre where you can shop for almost anything... In front of the apartment the guest will find the number 14 bus stop, this will take you downtown with stops (20-25 mins) to downtown and further on to such palces as el Museo del Prado, along the way. This apartment is highly recommended for our guests who have visited it.
The M30 and the M40 are also close by the Habana apartment which makes it extremely easy to get to any destination

The Habana II is a truly special apartment; it's relaxing and modern style creates a wonderful sense of calm and tranquility this apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood with lovely communal grounds with plenty of green spaces with trees, a lovely relaxing neighbourhood
The Habana II has it all from pool, lift, a cafe/restaurant in the "urbanización" which will deliver to the apartment a trully luxurious building with a 24h concierge
The Habana II comes with heat and AC so the guest will be comfortable during their stay regardless of the time of year
The bathroom is a bright and cheery room, with quality furniture in the bedroom the guest can enjoy a sunny rise in the morning as well as a warm and tranquil dusk
