The Area surrounding the apartment:
With Wide streets, boulevards and big trees, the Ibiza area is known for being one of the most calm and pleasant neighbourhoods and only a few minutes from the herat of the city. The apartment is between the Ibiza and Sainz de Baranda metro stations three blocks Hawai from each- from which you can reach the most centric stations such as Sol, Gran Vía and Callao. Ideal for those who want to be near of the heart of the city but without living in the middle of the busy metropolis.
A three blocks walk is enough to reach Madrid´s great green spot, the famous Retiro Park, main leisure, natural and sports centre. Once outside the park, the most well known museums appear. The Reina Sofía, Prado and Thyssen Bornemisza museums give a great variety of cultural offer.
Culture, leisure, nature, tranquillity and down town within the reach of the hand. This apartment is highly recommended for our guests who have visited it.

Looking for a very spacious, fully equipped, luxury and most of all, really comfortable apartment So this is the option Ibiza is a modern 110 m2 apartment in which furniture and decoration combine white and black colours making simple, sober and spacious rooms
Six people can stay here and there will have more space left The rooms are all comfortable and full of space Two of the three bedrooms have double beds and the other one has two individual beds In the living and dinning room you´ll feel at home (or even better!) in this large room you´ll be able to enjoy the little luxuries such as TV, DVD, Internet connection, relaxing on the couch and sofas that surround the living room table There is also another table where more than six can have a great meal And just in case this is not enough, in the spectacular kitchen there also is another table Both bathrooms keep up with Ibiza´s style, one of them with a bath and the other with a jacuzzi shower
This apartment is ideal for long stays of families or big groups of friends We can say that this is a really complete apartment valuing all its accessories.
