The Area surrounding the Apartment;
The apartment is situated very close to one of the trendier parts of town which is called Ruzafa neighbourhood. This area is lively and full of atmosphere as well as many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes that our guests can choose from.
The Apartment
The Barbieri apartment is a good treat for the visitor to Valencia; The apartment is 50m2 of design and space, and a (15m2) terrace, which will ensure the guest has a hassle free stay in a good neighbourhood in Valencia.
Thhis attic is on the 3rd floor with NO elevator; this great apartment comes with a terrace where the guests can enjoy the warm Valencia temperatures and perhaps a glass of vino tinto, after an excellent day sightseeing. This apartment is highly recommended for our guests who have visited it.
As you enter the apartment the guest will find the kitchen and the living and dining area, as can be seen from the photos The kitchen is open style and the table and chairs mean guests can enjoy a meal should they wish to cook there is a sofa in the living area for relaxing and chilling out From here the guests can access the terrace of the apartment Guests are asked to ONLY smoke outside on the terrace, it is not permitted inside the apartment
It has two bedrooms with windows, one bedroom has a double bed and the second one has a single bed The bath has a hydro-shower high-tech unit with radio and light
