This stylist and cosy apartment is in an area called Ruzafa to the southeast of the old city about a 10 minute walk.
The area surrounding the apartment;
The Chaikosvki 1 apartment is located about 10-15 minutes walk to Valencia's old city centre. It is also a short 5 minutes walk to the impressive City of Arts and Sciences. Next to the apartment there is the biggest park in town called Antiguo cauce del río Turia.
The apartment is situated in one of the trendiest parts of town, called Ruzafa neighborhood. This area is lively and full of atmosphere as well as many excellent restaurants, bars and cafes that our guests can choose from.
The port and the beach can be accessed via public transport or 10 minutes in a taxi ride.

The Chaikosvki 1 apartment, like the number 2 and the Chaikosvki 3, is located within the same floor but separate individually in a building, built the last Century These apartments have a terrace leading out from the common launderette room
