All the Marley apartments are located in the same building. They are a selection of brand new apartments that have been interiorly designed and fitted with all mod cons to make your stay here truly a home from home. All our apartments have river and mountain views and are only a minute in the car down to 15km of sandy beaches that boast 5 Blue Flags.
The area surrounding the apartment;
Cullera is a very well known and established Spanish tourist destination located about 40 kilometres south of Valencia. The closest beach is located only 1 minute away by car, or 10 minutes walking along the river side.
Cullera is ideal for families with children and boasts many different tourist attractions during the summer period such as ecological walks, tourist trains linking different parts of the town and a water adventure park. Guests can make their time away as relaxing or exciting as they want: Cullera is a year round destination.
The beach has many childrens activity play frames to keep them busy while their parents can relax in the sun. El Saler Golf course is 20 minutes away by car and is ranked in the top 3 in Spain and the top 15 in Europe.
There are trains every hour directly to the heart of Valencia, Spains third city and famous for its culture and architecture, where you can spend a day sightseeing. The train station is 5 minutes by car. There are buses to the station every time there is a train to Valencia.
There is a bar / restaurant in the same building and full / half or part board can be arranged for apartment clients as well as packed lunches for day excursions.
There is a supermarket two minutes by car, or ten minutes walking. And, there are more than 255 restaurants within 10 minutes walking distance. This apartment is highly recommended for our guests who have visited it.
Guests also have free access to a GPS system pre-programmed with all there is to see and do in Cullera, Valencia and the surrounding area

The Marley IIIA apartment is located on the 8th floor and has three bedrooms, the first two with windows and the third one with a balcony The master bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms have 2 single beds in each one
The colourful living and dining room has a balcony with great river and mountain views, perfect for watching the fishing boats returning in the afternoon while enjoying a glass of excellent Spanish wine The apartment also features LCD TV, DVD player and detachable speakers for your MP3 player as well There is an extensive DVD library available free of charge in the rental office and apartment rental includes temporary membership of the local DVD hire shop
The kitchen is modern in style and clean in look It features ceramic hob, grill, sandwich toaster, oven, microwave, toaster, extractor fan, washing machine, juicer, food processor and large fridge freezer as well as an iron and ironing board and drying rack
The Marley IIIA apartment has two separate bathrooms, one with a sink, toilet and a shower unit, and the second one with a full bath / shower, bidet, toilet and sink
All the Marley apartments have smoke detectors, security / fire doors and video phone entry Each apartment also has air conditioning and heating Secure indoor parking is available at 5 a night

We can also supply cots for infants, high chairs and cot sides free of charge on a first come first serve basis
For each stay there is a cleaning and laundry charge of 50 If the stay is for longer than 7 days there will be a weekly cleaning and laundry charge of 50 This includes 2 hours of cleaning and a full change of sheets and towels (does not include beach towels) We can say that this is a really complete apartment valuing all its accessories.
